[These were a series of (almost) weekly columns I wrote for an online newsletter for the Immunex Discovery Research Intranet. I took the DR site from 18 pages at its conception to well over 3000 when I handed it off. The newsletter was something I undertook to help the flow of information from both internal and external. If only I had blogging tools when I started, how much easier it would have been.
